SHIPPING FEES

Shipments to Italy and abroad are made via "Chronoposte". In Italy the price of shipping costs is 10 euros. With the exception of Napoli accessories, in that case it is always free.

FAST DELIVERY TIMES

We know that you don't like waiting, which is why our delivery times are 24/48 working hours. With the exception of outfits in general whose lead times are 12 working days.

Orders of items already available will be shipped 24 hours after placing the order and will reach you within 3 working days, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods. In case of customization, it will take an additional three/four working days to define your photo. The credit card will be charged on the day of the order.
In all cases Lupe reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with force majeure occur.

All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with [Lupe ] and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests that all shipping costs be returned to the sender, they will be charged to "Chronoposte ", will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.

"Chronoposte" shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination the insurance loses its validity.

The ordered Products will be delivered in packaging suitable to guarantee their integrity during transport. Shipping is carried out via courier with delivery to the address indicated directly in the order.

Being made of tempered glass, glass paintings are much more durable than normal glass. In addition, our glass wall art is delivered in a specially designed box with corner protectors. Despite this, if the purchased product is damaged during transport, we will immediately replace it with a new one. If there is any damage to the product packaging while receiving the product, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately. Otherwise, any claim for defection due to transportation cannot be accepted.
