Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free throughout Italy and takes place within 24/48 hours, only for outfits and t-shirts the delivery times are 12 working days.

Returns and Refunds

We have a 14 day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the product to make a refund request.

For the return to be eligible, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defective, damaged or incorrect products so we can assess the problem and resolve the matter.

A full refund will be issued if the product has quality problems, such as scratches on the print or cracked glass, and if the wrong product was received. In order to obtain a full refund, the products must be unused and in the same condition as they were received.

Shipping costs will be borne by us even if the return is due to our error (in case you received an incorrect or defective product). Otherwise, shipping costs will not be refunded.

For some situations it is possible to obtain partial refunds, such as:

Failure to return the product in its original packaging

Failure to return all parts of the product

Please note that we do not fully refund your returns if you ordered the wrong size or the wrong product, even if you received free shipping, as shipping costs are deducted.

The refund will not be made in case of refusal without justification
Exceptions / non-returnable products

Some types of products cannot be returned, such as customized products (such as special orders or customized products). Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns about a particular product.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on products on sale or on gift cards.



Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return the product you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.

We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and we will notify you whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
